Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 8) and sitting area (seats 6) with electric fire. Utility. First floor sitting room (seats 5) with dining area (seats 4).

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Free-to-air channels, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games, DVDs and toys.
